Interviews
Do you have a suggestion of a member or character you want to see interviewed by our couriers?
Let us know by sending a Scandalous Request. Thank you.

May 2018
With the site recently being down and the GP Discord channel being closed, members are frantically searching for answers, as well as their partners. Mawdrin interviewed Sirencall, GPs resident Heart Ambassador and also Geo, a Guilty Gold member to find out more.
Geo's Interview
-
Please tell me who you are and what is a Guilty Gold member?
I am Geo. A member that started about two years ago and left for a good part of those two years before returning and finally getting a chance to enjoy the site fully. Guilty Gold was a donating bonus. I was supposed to get a theme and the donators tint along with some other perks.
-
When did you find out the site was broken?
Almost immediately. It started off small. Minor lagging and kicking off site by 404 errors. But then it continued onto the stage we are in now.
-
As a donator to the site, how did seeing the site down, make you feel?
I was disappointed. But I am a patient person and tried not to be too judgmental on the owners of the site.
-
What were some of your first thoughts, running through your head, when you saw it broken?
Annoyance mostly. GP has had minor hiccups in the system. Most were a quick fix. I was hoping this fix would come quick.
-
What did you try to do when you noticed the site down, and then, when the GP Discord channel was closed?
I assumed GP was done. I got into contact with my partners I had on Discord and was thinking about what would come next.
-
How did you find out what happened? How and did that change the way you felt from earlier?
A moderator contacted me and gave me some basic information on the situation with the site.
-
Is there anything the Staff can do to make the transition back easier?
I don't really know. So far it's been vague information so I don't think there is anything outside of more specification on the sites status.
-
If you feel comfortable speaking to a staff member, about a concern, what would be the concern(s) you would like answered?
I don't really have any concerns. I have met Lace and she is probably flipping shit trying to fix it. I'm a member. I was receiving a service that was free up until I decided to offer money of my own free will. Shit happened and now it's trying to get fixed. So long as the moderators are transparent. I don't think I will be having many concerns out of knowing when I'll be able to write again on site.

Sirencall's Interview
-
Please tell me who you are and what the position of Heart Ambassador means?
My name is sirencall, when the site went down my position was heart ambassador. My role was to engage and retain members, look after the member experience and address member concerns and worries. I also looked after the Gp Facebook.
-
When did you find out the site was broken?
I logged on and the site was down.
-
What did you do to determine what happened?
I contacted the staff and admins and found out.
-
Once you found out, what were your first steps in securing the information you learned?
I asked if people could alert members, I posted an update on Facebook. And then tried locating emails, this took sometime and I could only recover around 80. Who I emailed with an update.
-
How has it been trying to get the site back and running?
Stressful for everyone and upsetting but I try to think positive.
-
Were you worried that you might lose the membership and what did you do to prevent that?
Of course. Phoenix and I set up a discord and reached out to as many members as we could.
-
Are there steps, now in place, to prevent accidents like this happening in the future?
We will be addressing that but right now our focus is getting the site back up.
-
Anonymously, will you address some questions asked privately of you or your staff in a public place?
Of course.
